Is the Phantom History House haunted?

We have it on good authority that there are at least two entities on the property who are not malevolent and seem to have a tie to the house and property.  Steve would love to tell you more during your visit!  We are proud that our B&B is a safe space to share ghost stories and tales of paranormal encounters!

Yes. If you want to talk with a psychic or medium during your stay, contact us at info@phantomhistory.com and we can likely make this available.  Also, check our EVENTS PAGE and newsletter for special events each month where you can stop in or stay the night to take advantage of these opportunities.

Can I Book the entire house?

Can children stay at Phantom History House?

Phantom History house is an adult space and not appropriate for young children. The PG-13 nature of our paranormal theme and quiet get-away feel of our home is not appropriate for younger children.  There is an expectation of courteous, quiet behavior for all guests.  High school aged family members are welcome if mature and accompanied by an adult.

Are pets allowed at Phantom History House?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house.  If you have a service animal, please contact us at info@phantomhistory.com so that we can discuss how we can accommodate you.

Is the Phantom History House a quiet getaway?

Phantom History House is located on over an acre of land that is private and secluded.  Backing up to a wildlife preserve and with no visible neighbors on most sides, the house is a quiet getaway (and yet close to shops and restaurants!). Learn more about the peace and quiet.

FYI: All accommodations are on the second floor and require that you climb a staircase.
